In 1999 Websters entered a competition and eventually won a makeover, including new uniforms and a visit from a stylist, which took place on 4 February 2000.
The Convenience Store Magazine competition asked “why should you win a makeover”?
The winning entry, written by Mairi Hunter:

One’s 6’5, the other 5’2
We can’t do much about our size,
But if we’re dressed the same,
We’d all be such a pretty sight,
Under Websters name.
