Free exercise activities for the older and less mobile

Later Life Training, a not for profit training company based in Killin, is running free live Facebook movement activities for those who are less mobile or older.

These movement snacks last for 10-15 minutes and help keep the circulation moving, mobilise the joints and some functional activities that will help maintain your strength and balance. They offer both seated and standing options. The live videos are on every day, 7 days a week, at 8am, noon and 4pm and are available on the same page afterwards to view.

You can also view them on the LLT YouTube channel.  You can download a free copy of their iCaN Calendar (a diary with movement prompts), or if you want a hard copy posted you can order one online.

These activities are recommended by the CSP and others.
