Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park (LLTNP) has received a planning application for the installation of a PCP and BT Broadband cabinet which should see the remaining exchange only connections in the area being able to take advantage of superfast broadband speeds.

The application, received on 8th September 2016, show that the cabinet and PCP would be installed on the pavement outside of Killin Primary School.

Properties connected through the cabinet by the Monemore bus car park were enabled for fibre connections during the spring/summer of 2016, which left an estimated two-thirds of the village without access to the high speed network.

You can make comments supporting or objecting to the application via the LLTNP ePlanning gateway.
