Temporary bin collection timetable
Stirling Council household waste and recycling services are operating on a new temporary timetable due to the current national emergency. Due to the developing COVID-19 situation, Stirling Council is making necessary changes to household waste and recycling arrangements.
COVID-19 community support line launched
The response from Stirling’s people during the Covid-19 situation has been amazing, with over 200 individuals, groups, third sector organisations or organisations coming forward to offer support to others so far. Stirling Council and Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) will now start working closely with this network to support those most in need.
Cut off rural locations welcome new bus schedules
Residents in rural locations who have been cut off by a lack of public transport options will see new investment from Stirling Council when a limited-time pilot scheme starts in December 2017.

Dog fouling targeted
Dog mess has long been an unwelcome daily issue to be dealt with in most people’s lives, whether they are dog lovers or not. For one reason or another, some dog owners fail to clean up after their dog and choose to leave the mess behind most notably in public areas where adults and children walk.

Notes from the meeting of Killin Community Council on 13th May 2014. Killin Community Council (CC) will continue to meet every two months rather than a suggested six weeks, with extra meetings in between as and when necessary.
Public Toilet Survey
Stirling Council have indicated that they will close the public toilet facilities in Killin which will affect the community. The Killin and Ardeonaig Trust want to find a way to build and provide a public toilet facility that is affordable to run.
