Thanks to everyone who made our 50th party so special. What a night! They say it’s the crowd who makes the party swing so it’s thanks to the efforts of all our families and friends, who came from near and far, that the evening turned out to be such a great success. The band provided wonderful entertainment, so an enormous thanks to Full Steam Ahead. A big thanks to Yvonne for providing the tasty stovies and to all the tattie peelers and choppers who turned out in numbers to prepare the food.(Where was Maggie hiding?)
On behalf of all the ‘oldies’ thanks again….we look forward to seeing you all again at our 60th!

Thanks to all for a fantastic party on Saturday night. Definitely the social event of the Killin year. It was great chatting to folk you hadn’t seen for years, especially people who had travelled from overseas for the event. And by the way, Maggie wasn’t hiding – it wasn’t my party and I don’t do tattie peeling; plus the fact I don’t like stovies! Great night – thanks. Maggie

A big thankyou to everyone involved in the BIG 50th Party, Chris & I had a really great time and it was amazing to see the Hall full of so many “old faces”. For anyone who is interested I also had a fantastic hangover, I must be getting old.
