I can’t believe the posting from Jake…He must have been fell banged his head on the Dochart Bridge coz of too much whiskey at the Falls of Dochart Inn…Perhaps he was just dreaming!! “Unwelcoming Fishers Bar” Never…………Best pub in town, Saturday night music sessions are fantastic….Now back to the crabbie bar staff!! Well John, sweetest fastest barman in the west, never gets flustered. Julie ( are you still doing the bar) top lass… Phill, (don’t be in a hurry if your looking for a drink,, he will be out in the smoking houf out the back………Now Eileen, quite and reserved, never crabbit. Jake I hope that your head injury I hope is now mended and look forward to seeing you in Fishers the next time your down this way.
Oh just a thought!! Perhaps Sausages Kennedy was in the bar all evening before your encounter, have you ever had to endure a four hour conversation with him?

As this is a public forum. Might be best to think before you type!!!!!!!!!!

You never know who might be reading!

How do you know that listening to you for 4 hours may cause the same effect?

As far as I am aware Stewart got the nickname ‘Sausages’ from working in McRaes Butcher shop alongside Colin and Gordon for many years.

    Correct me if I’m wrong!

Stewart had that nickname long before he worked with the McRaes. Stewart had been in the Butchers trade since he left school.
